The questions it answers are the ones managing partners are wrestling with right now: agent governance, decision architecture, when to move and when to wait.

Every answer is grounded in a specific source — a book chapter, a long-form article, a published post, a recorded talk — and cites it directly. The library does not generate opinions from nowhere. If it can't answer your question from the underlying material, it says so.

The platform is organized by the Pace Layers of Knowledge — a framework derived from Stewart Brand and Noah Brier — that sorts thinking by the speed at which it changes. Foundations rarely move. Synthesis moves daily. The platform makes both queryable.
