1. The service
More Human AI is a private pilot operated by Strategy For AI, LLC (“we,” “us”). It provides a curated, queryable library of frameworks and commentary on AI adoption in mid-sized professional services firms. Access is by invitation during the pilot.
2. Your account
You agree to provide accurate information when redeeming an invite and to keep your sign-in credentials confidential. One account per person. Sharing access undermines the per-subscriber query cap and the research signal we rely on; if we see it, we'll ask you to stop and then suspend the account.
3. Acceptable use
Use the library for your own professional thinking and decisions. Don't scrape the bank, don't republish answers as if they were your own work, don't use the service to train a competing model, and don't use it to harm anyone.
4. Content and IP
All briefs, frameworks, commentary, and synthesized answers attributable to Brad Bush or Strategy For AI remain our intellectual property. Subscribers may quote short excerpts with attribution (“Bush, B. · More Human AI · <date>”) in their own work.
External sources cited in the library (e.g., Thomson Reuters, Every.to) belong to their respective authors and are surfaced under fair-use commentary. Follow the source link to read the original.
5. Your content
If you submit content (queries, feedback, uploads), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use it to operate and improve the service. We will never publish material you submit privately without your explicit consent.
6. Usage limits
Each subscriber gets up to 100 queries per day during the pilot. Hitting the cap pauses you until midnight UTC. Cap may change with 14 days' notice.
7. Service availability
The pilot is provided as-is, without warranty. We aim for high availability but will occasionally take the knowledge layer down for maintenance, version upgrades, or incident response. We'll notify active subscribers when we expect more than 60 minutes of downtime.
8. Payment
Pilot accounts are comped. There is no card on file. Paid plans will be announced separately and require explicit opt-in before any charge.
9. Termination
You may close your account anytime by emailing brad@strategyfor.ai. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or contradict the spirit of the pilot.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the pilot is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months — which during the pilot is zero. Answers in the library are research aids, not legal, financial, or operational advice. Decisions you make using them are yours.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Dallas County, Texas.
