What we collect
More Human AI is operated by Strategy For AI, LLC (Texas). During the private pilot we collect only what we need to run the service:
- Your account info — email, name, role, and invite source. Collected when you redeem an invite or sign in with Google.
- Your queries — every question you ask the library, plus the answer, the sources cited, the latency, and the rough token cost. We use these to improve recall quality and to bill your daily query cap.
- Your feedback — thumbs up / down on answers and any optional comment you leave.
- Your profile selections — the ICP, company size, and challenges you pick during onboarding. Used to bias which library content surfaces first.
- Standard server logs — IP address, user-agent, and request path on every API call. Kept for 30 days for abuse detection.
What we do not collect
- Third-party tracking cookies on any page. The public homepage uses no analytics.
- Payment information. Pilot accounts are comped — there is no card on file.
- Content you upload that is marked
visibility: internalis never exposed to any other customer or to the public surfaces.
How we use it
We use your queries and feedback to (a) render your personal history, (b) compute usage caps, (c) improve which sources the library surfaces, and (d) write the cross-customer trend digests Brad sends out. We do not sell your data, ever. We do not train third-party models on your queries.
Who sees it
Brad Bush, as the operator. Our infrastructure providers (Vercel for hosting, Supabase for the application database, OVH for the self-hosted knowledge layer, OpenAI for synthesis) process data on our behalf under their respective terms. Aggregated, de-identified patterns may appear in published briefs.
Your rights
Email brad@strategyfor.ai to export your data, delete your account, or correct anything we have stored about you. We'll act within 7 days.
Cookies
One first-party session cookie issued by Better Auth (signed, HTTP-only) for the duration of your session. A second cookie (mhai_onboarded) records whether you've completed onboarding so we don't loop you back. That's it.
Changes
Pilot policy may evolve. Material changes will be announced via email to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect.
